Journeys to and from King's Cross today

Today I have been in London, and. as predicted, I took the train, Grand Central down there and national express East Coast on the return, where I am posting this from, now there's not much to gripe and moan about, both operators have free WiFi on board, both operators have a good service, and today proved to me that Grand Central have ironed out their issues and are "The Train you have been waiting for", heh

Now, the London Underground is a tedious place but it is not as bad as I invisioned, with both trains on the network running to time :)

King's Cross (not including Platform 9 3/4 from Harry Potter), is a busy place, like a hub we shall say, especially with St Pancras a short walk away for Eurostar services to the continent, however it's not as busy as I thought

The platforms were easy to find on the way back in, and they let me on the train 15 minutes before departure which was good :)

Well the train is slowing down for York, my stop is 45 minutes away so I'll shall say goodbye now and be back with more sometime soon

Happy Journeys
